The house was great! Instructions to everything in the house were nice and clear. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and a nice area to take a walk. The pool was warm and clean! Thanks for a great stay.

Our family had a great stay at Nicole and Shane's place. The space was perfect for our large family - spacious, clean and comfortable. Nicole was quick to respond to my questions. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

Very spacious, you don’t feel crowded the bedrooms are spread out so it’s comfortable. Very peaceful neighborhood felt safe. Clearwater beach was perfect, and a beautiful drive to it. Use of the garage was helpful, pool and spa were a great amenity. Kitchen was nice because we could all hang out in there and not feel crowded. Great big couch and tvs in the bedrooms was great if you wanted to relax. Host is very responsive and great attitude! We will be back soon!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made traveling with family a breeze. The heated pool was a highlight and we used it daily. Nicole was really wonderful and responsive sharing local recommendations and providing amenities for little ones. Being in a gated community, it felt very safe and walkable. Lots to do nearby. Great place to stay when visiting popular local attractions to be a little outside of Orlando. Very drivable and easy to access. The house itself is beautifully decorated with lots of color. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for what we were looking for—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had plenty of activities and games for the kids, and everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We would highly recommend this home and will definitely consider booking it again in the future.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for the kids and adults alike. From games to the pool to the full kitchen it made our stay excellent. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Nicole was super accommodating to all of our needs! We had a last-minute trip to Disney and came in way later than the checkin time and that was no issue the house was fantastic and perfect for what our family needed only a 20 minute drive from Disney.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nicole’s place was a 12/10.. Everything was so homey, ESPECIALLY the bedding. Very responsive & helpful. Although we didn’t travel with a BABY this year, instead we graduated to a toddler, they had everything you could possibly imagine needing on vacation if you were to be traveling with a baby! Was also worried about having a pool with a toddler, but a door that DOUBLE LOCKS was absolutely not what I was expecting & was a great surprise and gave me a peace of mind. Will definitely be booking with one of her houses again.
