Me and my family had a great time and enjoyed a dive in the pool every opportunity we had. There is so many great restaurants near by to choose from. Private gated community is a plus. I would definitely stay there a second time.

Nicole's home was very beautiful inside and out. I would recommend this home to anyone who is traveling to Clearwater Tampa area. I will be staying at that home again on our next family vacation. Nicole is a great host.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing time at this beautiful property in Palm Harbor! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and keeping the kids entertained. The location was ideal: just a 15-minute drive to Tarpon Springs (our favorite!), 10 minutes to the gorgeous Honeymoon Island, and about 30 minutes to Tampa. There are also tons of great restaurants and shopping options nearby, which made our stay even better. The hosts were fabulous—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Nicole’s place was nice. Lots of space for a family. Could easily sleep 8 people. The pool was refreshing and the entire process was very smooth. Would stay here again in the future.

House was very clean. Great space with tall ceilings and modern finishings. Beautiful waterfront backyard equipped with a great outdoor kitchenette with built in speaker system. host was very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely oasis. Our only regret is that we booked it for three days and not a whole week! While family friendly to the max, we opted for a couple’s retreat, and this place delivered. Super romantic and private. My favorite activities were floating in the pool and watching a movie poolside. We loved the proximity to the beautiful AMI beaches, though there’s enough at the house to keep you entertained for a week at minimum. We look forward to staying here in the future.

House and pool were immaculate. Exactly what we needed for 10 people to each have their own beds! Less than 10 minutes to Honeymoon Island. Kitchen is well stocked with anything needed to cook and a nice welcome basket upon check in. Would definitely book again if needed for a large group to visit aging parents. Host is quick to answer and also check in to make sure all is well.

We had a great stay at Nicoles place. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is beautiful just as the photos, the pool was nice and clean! I also loved that they answered any questions i had! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice clean spacious home…. very comfortable beds … we loved the backyard … hearing the waterfall by the pool and looking up at the trees was very relaxing. The only thing is that I wish the pool was heated with the trees blocking the sun the pool stayed cold are entire weekend even though it was 90 degrees outside…. But it was still very refreshing to go into just not in the evening time too cold.

We had a great stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The heated pool was definitely a plus and made the experience even better. Nicole was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. I also really appreciated how detailed and informative everything was. It made our stay smooth and stress free. Her hospitality was truly appreciated. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to others. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
